In 2019, on a scorching August night on Sheikh Zayed Road, our founder waited almost three hours for a tow truck in running-shoe heat. The truck that finally arrived was unlicensed, the price had doubled on arrival, and the only paperwork was a handwritten receipt. That night, RecoveryHub was born.
We started in Dubai with three partner fleets and one promise: reach any driver in under 30 minutes, with upfront pricing and full documentation. Today RecoveryHub UAE is a marketplace of 450+ licensed recovery partners covering every emirate — dispatching help 24/7, tracking every truck live, and putting an evidence report behind every job.
