What you get
Four applications. One platform. One database.
A booking made in the customer app is the same record your dispatcher sees, the same job a partner fleet bids on, and the same row your revenue report counts. Nothing is bolted on afterwards.
Customer App
For the stranded motorist
Request help in three taps, watch the truck approach, and settle up without leaving the roadside.
13 bookable servicesSee featuresDriver App
For the recovery crew
The same app, a different login. Drivers go online, accept offers in their area and work the job to completion.
8-stage job workflowSee featuresProvider Panel
For fleet partners
Every recovery company you onboard runs its own fleet, sees only its own jobs, and settles its own commission.
9 console modulesSee featuresMaster Admin
For you, the operator
The control centre over the whole marketplace — dispatch, partners, pricing, money and every audit trail.
17 console modulesSee featuresCustomer App
Help arrives in three taps.
The app your customers install. Built for someone standing on a hard shoulder at 2 a.m. — big targets, no wasted steps, and a live view of the truck coming for them.
9 features
Emergency SOS
One tap dispatches the nearest available unit — no forms, no menu digging, for the moment it actually matters.
13 recovery services
Flatbed towing, accident recovery, battery, fuel, tyre, lockout, winch-out, EV-safe transport, motorcycle and more.
Live tracking
Follow the assigned truck on the map with a live ETA, from acceptance through to drop-off.
Saved vehicles
Plate, make, model and category stored once, so the next call takes seconds.
Wallet & payment history
Card, cash or wallet credit, with every past payment and refund itemised.
Promo codes
Validated server-side against your live campaigns, so a quote can never become a different charge.
Status notifications
Push updates at every stage — accepted, en route, arrived, delivered.
OTP handover
A four-digit code confirms the vehicle was actually returned to its owner.
Rate the driver
Ratings feed straight into partner performance scoring in the admin console.
Driver App
The same app, a different login.
Drivers install exactly what customers install and choose their role at sign-in. One build to distribute, one update to ship, and nobody ends up with the wrong app.
8 features
Availability control
Go online to receive offers, offline to stop. Compliance blocks and unapproved accounts are refused automatically.
Job offers by service area
Drivers only see work inside the emirates their fleet is contracted to cover.
Race-safe acceptance
Two drivers cannot take the same job — the first claim wins and the second gets a clear message, not a duplicate.
Eight-stage workflow
Assigned, en route, arrived, inspection, loaded, en route to drop-off, arrived, delivered — each step timestamped.
OTP completion
The job closes only when the customer supplies their code, which is what triggers payment and earnings.
Earnings ledger
Today, this week and lifetime earnings, net of the fleet's contracted commission, with cash owed clearly separated.
Customer contact
Call the customer directly from the active job screen.
Profile & performance
Rating, acceptance rate and completed jobs, visible to the driver and to their fleet operator.
Provider Panel
Every fleet you onboard runs its own business.
Partner recovery companies get a real console — their drivers, their trucks, their jobs, their money. They never see another fleet's data, and that isolation is enforced in the database rather than in the interface.
9 features
Fleet overview
Active jobs, drivers online, trucks available and today's earnings on a single board.
Marketplace job queue
Open jobs inside the fleet's service areas, delivered live over a websocket as they are created.
Fleet management
Drivers and recovery trucks — capabilities, capacity, registration and insurance expiry.
Compliance documents
Trade licence, insurance and driver permits, with expiry tracking that blocks non-compliant units automatically.
Earnings & payouts
Gross, commission and net per job, with payout records against the fleet's contracted rate.
Cash settlement
Cash collected by drivers, reconciled against what is owed to the platform.
Performance scoring
Acceptance rate, completion rate, average response time and customer ratings.
Job history
Every completed recovery with its timeline, evidence and rating.
Support channel
A direct line to your dispatch team, with ticket history.
Master Admin
The control centre over the whole marketplace.
Dispatch, partners, drivers, pricing, promotions, payments, disputes and compliance — seventeen modules covering everything an operator has to answer for, with an audit trail behind every action.
14 features
Operations overview
Live KPIs across bookings, revenue, fleet utilisation and response times.
Dispatch centre
Assign, reassign and escalate any job in the marketplace, with a live event feed.
Dispatch exceptions
Rejections, delays and unassigned jobs surfaced as actionable exceptions rather than buried.
Partner management
Onboard recovery companies, set each one's commission rate, service areas and contract type.
Drivers & trucks
Approve, suspend or compliance-block any driver or vehicle across every fleet.
Pricing control
Base fares, per-kilometre rates, category multipliers and surge rules.
Promotions
Discount campaigns with usage caps, per-customer limits, date windows and eligibility rules.
Payments & reconciliation
Every transaction, commission split and cash settlement, reconciled per driver.
Customer accounts
Booking history, spend, vehicles and disputes, with suspension that takes effect immediately.
Compliance centre
Expiring licences and insurance across every partner, before they become a liability.
Disputes
Threaded dispute resolution against the job's own evidence and timeline.
Reports & exports
Revenue, partner performance, cash reconciliation and operational reports, exportable.
Notification templates
Push, SMS, email and WhatsApp copy managed centrally with merge variables.
Audit log
Every administrative action recorded with actor, role and timestamp.
How a job flows
One booking, end to end.
Six stages from the customer's tap to money settled — every one of them recorded, so a dispute is answered with the timeline rather than an argument.
- 01
Customer requests
Service, vehicle and pickup point captured in the app. Priced instantly against your rate card.
- 02
Job hits the marketplace
The booking appears in your dispatch queue and in the queue of every fleet covering that emirate — live.
- 03
A driver accepts
First claim wins. The fleet's contracted commission is frozen onto the job at that moment.
- 04
Crew works the job
Eight timestamped stages, each one pushed to the customer's tracking screen as it happens.
- 05
OTP handover
The customer's code closes the job — the only thing that can trigger payment.
- 06
Money settles
Payment recorded, commission split, driver earnings credited, cash flagged for reconciliation.
See it running
Watch a real booking go end to end.
Thirty minutes on the live platform: place a booking as a customer, accept it as a driver, and watch it land in the admin dispatch board. Bring your own questions about pricing, commission and compliance.
Demo runs on the live platform — not slides.
Why white label
Buy the eighteen months back.
Building this from nothing is a long, expensive project with a long tail of bugs you would be finding in production. This one already found them.
Live in 7 days, not 7 months
The platform is built, tested and deployed. What remains is your brand, your rate card and your fleets — not eighteen months of engineering.
You own the source
Full source code, no per-booking licence fee, no vendor holding your operation hostage.
Built for a marketplace, not one fleet
Multi-tenant from the database up. Onboard fifty recovery companies, each isolated from the others, each on its own commission.
Made for this region
Emirate-based service areas, AED throughout, cash-first payment, Arabic-ready. Not a US product with the currency swapped.
Security that survives a review
Role separation enforced at the session layer, tenant scoping at the database layer, and a full audit trail — not access control bolted on afterwards.
Runs on modest hardware
The whole platform holds 350 MB in memory. A 4-core, 8 GB server carries a launch — no six-figure cloud bill.
The seven days
From signed off to taking bookings.
Nothing here is invented during the week — the platform is already running. These seven days are branding, configuration, builds and handover.
Brand & scope
Logo, palette, app name, service catalogue and rate card agreed.
Configuration
Your services, pricing rules, emirates, commission tiers and notification copy applied.
Apps built & signed
Customer and driver app compiled under your identity, signed and installable.
Deployment
Your server or ours. Domain, TLS, database and live feed configured.
Handover & training
Admin and provider walkthroughs, seeded partners, and you are taking bookings.
Under the bonnet
Current tooling, not a legacy stack you inherit.
Your technical team will review this before you buy, so it is worth stating plainly. Everything is a current major version, typed end to end, and the mobile apps share their types with the API — an API change that would break the app fails at compile time instead of in a customer's hand.

Connects to
The services a recovery operation actually needs.
Maps, money and messaging, wired to providers that work in this region rather than whatever is cheapest in North America.
Maps & tracking
Google Places, Geocoding and Routes for UAE-accurate addresses, road distance and live driver position.
Payments
Network International, Telr, PayTabs or Stripe, plus Tabby, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Cash supported from day one.
Messaging
Push, SMS via regional carriers, WhatsApp Business and transactional email.
Evidence capture
Guided vehicle inspection photography with object storage and dispute review.
Arabic & RTL
Localisation framework in place across both apps and both consoles.
Scheduled bookings
Immediate dispatch or a booked window, both handled by the same pipeline.
Who runs it
Built for whoever owns the customer.
The same platform, configured differently depending on which side of the recovery business you are on.
Recovery & towing companies
Move off phone-and-WhatsApp dispatch. Give customers an app and your drivers a workflow that records itself.
Marketplace operators
Aggregate independent recovery firms under one brand and take a commission on every job.
Insurers & assistance providers
Deliver roadside cover to policyholders with evidence, timestamps and a defensible audit trail.
Fleet & leasing operators
Recover your own vehicles across the emirates with full cost visibility per asset.
Talk it through
Tell us how your operation actually works.
Every recovery business runs differently — commission tiers, cash handling, corporate accounts, insurer contracts. Walk us through yours and we will tell you honestly what is configuration and what is custom work.
Demo runs on the live platform — not slides.
Before you ask
The questions we get every time.
What exactly do I receive?
Four applications — the customer app, the driver app, the provider panel and the Master Admin console — plus the API and database behind them, branded to you and deployed. Full source code is included.
Is seven days realistic?
Yes, because nothing is being invented. The platform already runs in production; the week covers branding, your service catalogue and rate card, app builds under your identity, deployment and training.
Do customers and drivers need separate apps?
No. One installable app with a role chosen at the login screen — cheaper to distribute, and drivers never install the wrong one.
Can I run more than one recovery company on it?
That is what it is built for. Each partner fleet sees only its own jobs, drivers and earnings, on its own commission rate. Isolation is enforced in the database, not the interface.
iOS as well as Android?
The apps are written in React Native, so iOS builds from the same codebase. Android ships first because sideloading lets you demo without an App Store review.
Where does it run?
Your server, your cloud account, or we host it. It runs comfortably on a 4-core, 8 GB instance — the whole platform holds about 350 MB in memory.
Can we change the workflow and add services?
Yes. Service catalogue, pricing rules, commission tiers, the driver workflow and notification copy are all configuration. Deeper changes are straightforward since you hold the source.
What about ongoing support?
Handover includes admin and provider training. Support and feature work are arranged separately — talk to us about what your operation needs.
Seven days from today
Your roadside brand, live next week.
Book a demo, message us on WhatsApp, or send an email. Whichever you pick, you will be talking to the people who built the platform — not a sales layer in front of them.
Demo runs on the live platform — not slides.
